WINTER SEASON 2024/2025 - Playa del Inglés, beautiful house in the Holycan Complex, on Gran Canaria Avenue No. 47.
Holycan is a well-known complex in the center of Playa del Inglés, it is made up of bungalows and has spacious and well-maintained common areas.
Our bungalow is close to one of the side entrances, it has about 140 m2 of plot. The entrance consists of a garden + terrace + barbecue area. Inside, we have the living room with 2 rooms, on the left 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. In the hallway we find another bathroom, the kitchen and the auxiliary bedroom (third).
On one side and from the outside area, we access a staircase that takes us to the solarium with artificial grass. The tranquility is assured!
The house was renovated and has air conditioning.
The house has Wi-Fi and Satellite TV.
Animals are not permitted

Rental conditions: Available from OCTOBER to MAY.

The costs of water, electricity and WI-FI are included in the price. Limit 100€/month.
