Built on one level, it has 2 bedrooms, both are exterior, and one of them (en-suite with air conditioning + heating) has a separate entrance from the garden. The house has 2 bathrooms with a shower.
A spacious living room with an open kitchen (air conditioning + heating), bright, and with access to the terrace, is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and ceramic hob.
The terrace and garden area have a dining table, a chill-out zone, sun loungers, and a shower. The garden with artificial turf has sun all day.
The complex has a communal pool for children and adults.
Pets are not allowed.
Rental conditions: (Available from OCTOBER to MAY) (Minimum stay 5 months)
1-month deposit.
1-month real estate agency fee + IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax)
Water, Wi-Fi, and electricity costs are included in the price. Electricity has a limit of 100 €/month.
