Our property has the following distribution:
Ground Floor:
Large "L" shaped terrace with washing area, barbecue, hammocks, and dining area. Living-dining room and laundry room.
Upper Floor:
Spacious bedroom (with built-in wardrobe), small second bedroom with a single bed, and terrace.
The complex has 3 pools and large sports areas.
The house has Wi-Fi and air conditioning on both floors.
Sonnenland is very close to Maspalomas, Meloneras, and El Tablero. It has supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and shopping centers.
Pets are not allowed.
Rental conditions: Available for the winter season, from February to May. It is not available for long-term rental.
1 month deposit.
1 month agency fees + IGIC.
Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi costs are included in the price with a limit of €50/month combined.
Payment method: upfront.
The monthly rental amount can change depending on the length of stay.
